Our housing of the F series helical gear reducer is made of high-strength cast iron, and the gears and gear shafts adopt the carburizing quenching delicate grinding process, so the helical gear reducer has large load capacity, high efficiency, and low noise. Under the conditions of correct model selection, everyday use, and maintenance, the main parts of the helical gear reducer (except the wearing parts, oil seal bearings, etc.) can have a long service life, generally over 20,000 hours.
